Wintermount is the second largest city in Lilith Kingdom. It is a popular tourist destination[3] and also has lots of trade.[1] It normally has a pleasant seaside breeze, but also has a monsoon season that brings lots of rain.[1] Every year, both the Wintermount Ocean Music Festival[4] and the Designer's Tea Party are held in Wintermount.[1]

Year 674[]
Nidhogg first gained a reputation as a designer with his Rose Dress during the Designer's Tea Party during this year.[5][6] For this reason, a rose garden was planted and dedicated to him.[7]
Year 680[]
Nikki and her friends attended the Designer's Tea Party, where she was noticed by Kimi for her natural styling skill[8] and encouraged to visit the Cloud Empire to progress her skills.[9]

Hillside Square is where the Designer's Tea Party is held yearly.[1] It is a round courtyard overlooked by a statue of a great designer[10] that resembles the mascot of Monopoly.

- Since Wintermount is a tourist destination, there are many street peddlers selling various items to people, and while Nikki was there she purchased many things.[14][15]
- One can order pizza in Wintermount, but they must defeat the deliveryperson in a styling contest.[16]
- It's said that all clothing bought in Wintermount can be worn in the water as well.[17]
- Volleyball is played on the beach of Wintermount.[18]
