Wind and Magpie is a dress item in the Cloud Empire suit Crane and Flower. It could be obtained through the Evernight's Dream event and can now be obtained through the Wish Gate.
Appearance[]
A long, flowing maroon dress with loose sleeves and partially ruffled skirt. Thin branches and flowers decorate the skirt, along with a black layer of fabric with a peacock feather motif. Decorated fabric covers the chest, and under it is a teal obi with gold accenting and long tassels hanging from it, along with cloth straps. A flowing teal fabric hangs from the back like a scarf.
