The suit is about a girl from the Breeze Valley named Iri. She is very sick, and the doctor tells her that she may die that night. She prays desperately, and manages to wake up a fairy called the Bell Fairy. The Bell Fairy heals Iri, binding their fates together, and Iri lives to see the next day.
She finds herself able to live whenever the Bell Grass blooms, her wellbeing tied to the grass's own life cycle, and she goes to sleep each winter until the next May. Though some people feel sorry for her, Iri is pleased to be able to savor life and nature, and create beautiful memories.
The flower pictured in the suit is Lily of the valley, which symbolizes happiness in the language of flowers. It's possible that this flower represents Iri's return to health and the return to her happy life that she experiences each summer.
