White Rock City is a city in North Kingdom.
History[]
During the time of Yunikina, there was a great deal of tyranny in White Rock City. Her lover Eagle opposed it, but was killed for his actions. Yunikina started the Snow Eagle Revolutionary Force, and fought the lords of White Rock City to bring liberation to the people.[2]
The Snow Eagle Revolutionary Force later became the Snow Eagle Legion. Bobo believed that the Snow Eagle Legion had lost Yunikina's original purpose and meaning after the Legion invaded Cloud City in the year 680.[3]
