Whisper is a tribe in the Republic of Wasteland. It is located outside of the Windvale Forest, and protects the Windvale Tribe.[1]
History
According to Imm, the Whisper tribe has been given the task to protect Windvale for ages, but they do not know what is inside the Windvale forest.[1]
In the year 680, the archpriest of the tribe, Imm the Wind Whisperer, predicted that two groups would attempt to seek the Miracle Scroll. Imm used the whispers of the wind to predict the future and protect the tribe.[2]
Nikki and her friends, in pursuit of the Miracle Scroll in Windvale, came across Whisper. They met the chief, who already knew why they were there because of the fortunetelling capabilities of Imm. He told them that if they beat her in a styling battle, she would let them pass.[2] Nikki beat her and Imm led them to the entrance of the Windvale forest. At this point, a messenger from Amphithea News intercepted them and told them of the attack on Cloud by Nidhogg.[1]
