Interpretation[]
The wraith is searching for Evelyn, who is described as a girl dressed in white inside a cage somewhere in Shadow City. Their aim is to save Evelyn from Helsin's wrath. However, the wraith is unable to remember who Evelyn is, or even who they themselves are, yet they persevere. They continue until they die, though it is unclear whether or not they are killed. Even in their last moments, however, they are still praying for Evelyn's safety.
