Velvet Rose is a dress item in the Festivals suit Cerise's Gift. It could be obtained from a draw during the Spooky Surprise event.
Appearance[]
A sleeveless dress with a black bodice and what seem to be hand bones at the waist. The skirt is made of shiny red material, with a high-low cut. The interior of the skirt fades from black to gold, and there are two black panels that protrude from the hem of the dress. Each has a golden crown and a red diamond on it.
