(Nikki and Cali follow the trail of Ace and Elle's carriage along the road leading to Royal City.)
(But the streets are crowded with people after the White Sail Sacrament, and they haven't found anything.)
Cali: Have they returned to Royal City?
Nikki: Probably. I wonder what is going on in Royal City.
Momo: Nikki and Cali, look! It's the Queen's carriage!
(Nikki sees the carriage they drove when they came parked in the dark alley on the side of the street.)
(They run to the carriage but find nobody inside. Only the faint fragrance of roses shows that someone just left there.)
(Nikki looks around and finds a peddler on the opposite side of the alley. The stall is facing the alley.)
Nikki: Excuse me, did you see what happened here?
Vendor: Do you mean that carriage? It's none of your business. Don't waste my time.
Nikki: Sorry, it's my friend's carriage. Tell us what you know.
Vendor: Your friend's carriage? That'll make things easier.
(The peddler's narrowing his eyes.)
Momo: (Whispering) Wait, I think he's weird. Let's go ask someone else.
Cali: (Whispering) I know something's not right.
Nikki: (Whispering) Let's leave then!
Vendor: No way.
(The peddler gives a short whistle before a few people rush up from behind the alley to surround Nikki and Cali.)
Vendor: The secret report said two people left the city with the Queen. But only the Queen and her sister were caught. So you're the fish out of the net.
Vendor: Ha, you got a helper.
Cali: What? Did you capture the Queen? Why?
Villager B: You don't know? Lord Acheson, who had been devoting his life to his country and people, was arrested. He was removed from office and became a prisoner.
Momo: But you can't kidnap the Queen!
Villager A: We just want this noble Queen to know what it feels like to be locked up for no proper reason.
Vendor: Enough small talk.
Vendor: Hey you, just go with us. Otherwise don't blame us for showing you no mercy.
Momo: What... what should we do? Nikki, why aren't you saying anything?!
Nikki: (Whispering) I was thinking that it's better for us to go with them. Maybe it will be easier to find Ace and Queen Elle.
Cali: (Whispering) Nikki, you're right. They seem to be unarmed and will not take us to other places for now.
Villager A: What are you muttering about?
Nikki: Nothing... We agree to go with you if you don't hurt us.
Vendor: Then stop wasting my time. Here are some young girl's clothes. Put them on.
