Tune at Dawn is a Lilith suit that could be obtained through a Cumulative Recharge of 260 
from November 22nd to the 28th, 2017. It can now be bought in the Secret Shop or in the Clothes Store. The (unposed) suit parts are used to craft the North suit Clair's Wish.
In the Secret Shop the suit is available as a part of the Clair's Wish—Tune at Dawn bundle:
- The suit as a solo pack costs $4.99 USD, and comes with 260
