Thorny Spear is a right handheld accessory in the Pigeon Kingdom suit Shadow of Nightmare. It could be obtained through the Forest Ashes event.

A black spear with a long, pointed silver blade. The hilt of the spear tip resembles intertwining black thorns with two pale roses on top. A small blue rose sits at the bottom of the spear. Sparkling, dark blue-grey smoke wisps around the spear's blade.
