The Nutcracker is a foreground accessory in the Evernight's Dream suit Dream Bagpiper. It could be obtained through the A Game of Black and White event and can now be obtained through Crafting.

A pair of marching-in-place nutcracker dolls, which are commonly made to look like toy soldiers. Both are wearing a black stovepipe shako.
The left nutcracker figurine is wearing a decorative blue coat and in its right hand, it's resting a long-barrel gun on it's right shoulder. The right nutcracker figurine is wearing a decorative red coat, and it's using both hands to drum on a little marching band drum.
