Interpretation[]
The suit represents Hurst, a prophet who worked with both the Star Seer and Starlet. He has his own views on time, fate, and the future, most notably that he believes that history repeats itself and that time is a circle. His own mission is to protect the past rather than to tell the future.
However, he does have fortunetelling capabilities. He accidentally predicted the war in Miraland, and wrote it in a book about the future and the past before quickly closing it. He seems to keep his predictions to himself, leading people to question what the point of knowing the future is if he doesn't tell anybody.
Hurst has a star wheel, which can tell someone anything if they wish. Some people see their regrets when they look into the star wheel, but Hurst can see chaos. It's possible that the star wheel was the gift that Star Seer gave to Hurst, which is said to be made of nebula and has the ability to show unusual things. Hurst also has something called the Nebula Eyes, which keeps him young forever.
Hurst and Starlet seem to be friends, and she gave him an article of clothing for Christmas that makes the wearer tell the truth. He's tried to keep her from getting lost before, but she always does anyways.
