As the suit title suggests, Star Poetess is about a vagrant poetess who finds inspiration in the stars. She once gave up everything—the dresses decorated with pearls and gold ornaments—just to chase the ethereal dream. As she witnessed meteor showers and shooting stars in the cold night all by herself in awe, she pondered about philosophical questions. Is knowing how small you are in this universe a blessing or a curse? Do stars orbit stubbornly because they want to prove the existence of light? The mysterious sound of the cosmos suddenly came to her; the answer to the riddles of the star had unfolded itself.
When she wrote down the scraps of ideas in her mind with a pen and paper, her eyes lit up with shining light like a shooting star. She wrote a poem for the lonely and romantic cosmos who had been waiting for her.
"Life is like an endless long night, with the stars as the only light," is a simile which can summarize the theme of the suit.
