Rhythm Storm is a hair item in the Apple Federal suit Tornado Rhapsody. It could be obtained from the Miracle Concert event and can now be obtained from the Wish Gate.

Extremely long, layered peach-pink hair worn in a spread-out ponytail with deep blue highlights underneath. Some strands are braided while others are cut at various lengths. The ponytail is held by a flowing black ribbon in five strands, while the messy, spiked bangs and short forelocks frame the face.
