Radiant Full Moon is a bottom item in the Republic of Wasteland suit Circles of Moon Shadow. It could be obtained through the Flowing Garden event and can now be obtained through the Wish Gate.
Appearance[]
A long white skirt made of several layers of wrapped fabric. Around the waist, there is a black waistband decorated with gold coins and a large central scarab. From the waistband hangs a panel that sits down the middle, in black with gold detailing and ruby gems. A longer piece of white linen falls from below the panel. Around the back, there is also a long white train, with the skirt ending in tassels, with black borders.
