Plata is a dwarf city in Pigeon Kingdom located at the foot of the Renieve Snowpeaks. It is also called the "Stone City" because it is made of rocks.[2]
History[]
The oldest living being in the land, an old Dwarven Elder, lives in Plata. He was the leader of dwarves who were close to elves. Due to his longevity and wisdom, dwarves turn to him for advice. However, for many years, he has been asleep in Plata. Even though many have tried to wake him up, none have been able to.[2]
During the year 680, Debbie told Nikki and the other Iron Rose members about him, and they decided to go to Plata in order to try to wake him up and help save the weakened and unconscious Chloris.[2]

Etymology[]
- Plata is a word that was used in colloquial Latin (platta) to mean "silver". It was borrowed from Ancient Greek's πλατύς (platús, "wide"), because silver was made into sheets.
