Interpretation
The suit describes the annual Halloween festival in Lilith's Bullin Town, where humans and devils celebrate together. With humans dressed as devils and devils dressed as humans, it can be difficult to tell if a person is really a devil or not. However, the key to figuring out who is who is that devils have a pair of wings that can't be hidden, indicating that the girl depicted by the suit is a devil.
