Make Up for You is a left handheld accessory in the Cloud Empire suit Bath in Starry Sky. It could be obtained through the Firework Fair event and can now be obtained through Recipe Crafting.

The outside of the umbrella is pale yellow and blue with a white and gold crescent and star design on each panel, along with a light blue silk ribbon. The inside is dark blue with the same stars covering it.
