Love Nikki-Dress UP Queen! Wiki

Lisa is the busy Manager Nikki encounters during her visit to the Theater in Lilith. After a few encounters she reveals herself to be the mysterious thief that has been leaving notes and trying to steal the Star Sea gown.

Bio

Appearance

Lisa is a fair-skinned adult woman with shoulder-length black hair worn in a low bun with a single curled strand left loose from it. Her forelocks are curled, and her bangs are split off-center, mostly brushed to the left. She has small lavender eyes and wears oval-shaped glasses. Rarely she will wear her hair loose, and she wears light makeup.

Her attire is mature with a color scheme revolving around black and white. It includes many lace accents and she often wears necklaces and simple shoes, giving her a simple, but elegant look.

Her work attire consists of a white blouse with ruffle accents and grey fabric on the chest, worn beneath a black vest held by gold straps. She also wears a short black pencil skirt with a large slit on the corner, black pumps, sheer black tights, and a black and gold choker.

Casually she is shown wearing a grey and white striped top with lace lining beneath a denim jacket, denim quarter pants, white slip-ons, and a gold necklace. Her other casual outfit is composed of a lilac floral dress under a white jacket, a simple necklace, and a pair of sandals.

As a Thief, Lisa switches to a black revealing outfit that shows off her curves with several areas of skin exposed. She switches her glasses for a mask.

Personality

Lisa is a cool and calm woman focused on her work and getting a job done. She is serious, but she's not above being casual or friendly towards others, and even being lenient towards them should they do something that most others wouldn't approve of- which may imply that her normal outward personality is a ruse due to her alternate career as a thief. She is quick-witted and not above trickery, but she also remains fair.

History

Chapter 2

Nikki, Bobo, and Momo first overhear Lisa speaking to another girl after they head inside the theater. Lisa complains over how badly things have been going as of late- only to realize they are there and express shock. She tells them to return the following day since the Troupe is out at the time, but decides to test Nikki by challenging her to a quick fashion duel.

She later returns after the group make plans to hang out with Toto. They're invivted to a barbeque and one of the guests is Lisa; Lisa properly introduces herself to Nikki and Co. and Bobo suggests they see who can make a better casual outfit.

The following day the group return to the theater to watch the December troupe rehearsal. However, they get distracted by a couple near the entrance, chatting with Lisa. They listen as Lisa thanks them for arriving and points them out in the direction of the beautiful, star sea dress. She rejoins the group and Nikki asks about it, and she explains how special the dress is, and how the most beautiful model and actress in Lilith, Sofia, will be wearing it during The Candy Witch and the Star Sea. She mentions that this had been what she thought the group was after when she caught them a few days prior, and they ask to see it. Lisa allows it but only if Nikki can defeat her in a quick style competition.

Chapter 3

The Candy Witch and the Star Sea show is about to begin. Nikki and Co. head to the theatre, hoping to meet Lisa and get good seats. However, they're told that Lisa got sick after overworking herself to get everything right, as Prime Minister Nidhogg and his entourage will attend the show. Then a local rich girl asks Nikki for a duel in an elegant and fancy style, distracting her.

The play begins, with the group getting tickets for front row seats. However, in the middle of the performance one of the stage scaffoldings falls very near to Sofia, who manages to use her quick reflexes to jump away unharmed. In the middle of the confusion caused by the incident, Nikki and her friends deduce that this was no accident; for worse, it's soon revealed that the Star Sea has been taken away.

The girls and Momo manage to use the secret path in the machinery room and find the thief, who turns out to be Lisa. She's wearing a very revealing thief outfit and expresses her shock at the group using the secret path, and Nikki directly asks her if she messed up the mechanism to cause the accident; Lisa admits it and says that she pretended to be sick enough to need a brief sick leave so she'd set up the plan. Nikki then asks if she was under orders to do all of this, urging her to tell the truth since the Prime Minister is there already. Lisa tells her that she will understand someday, and before she's taken away she asks Nikki to compet with her in Thief attire.

Chapter 8 (Sidequests)

While speaking to Orlando, a high-ranked officer of the Apple Federation, Nikki asks him about Lisa. Orlando says that he knows her and that she had something very important to do, among other things. Midway through her and her friends' work to rescue an apparently kidnapped Lunar, Nikki encounters Lisa and she playfully greets them, but she doesn't seem to be very willing to reveal her true motives unless Nikki defeats her in a duel involving female fighter style.

Once Nikki wins once against her, Lisa confirms what Orlando said: she is an agent of the Lilith Government, appointed with pretending to be the Phantom Thief. She explains that the Government had made research about the real Thief, managed to locate them and were trying to convince them to get them to give up on stealing the Star Sea, but needed to do it in complete secrecy. As such Lisa was told to pretend to be the Phantom Thief, both to distract the crowds and to let the Thief escape empty-handed but safely.

After Lisa finishes explaining herself, she challenges Nikki once again: she will now go undercover as a pure female teacher and needs to practice her disguise. Nikki is still confused, but gets distracted when Momo and Bobo get in a verbal spat and Bobo asks Nikki for an impromptu match involving a Western Dance dress like the Star Sea.
