Happy Mood^[1] is a Hidden Suit that can be obtained from draws in the Pavilion of Mystery and Pavilion of Fantasy as well as a welcome gift at the beginning of the game.

Hair Ornament: Sour Lemon
Right Hand Ornament: Beach Wristband

Trivia

On other servers, this set is the 2nd Monthly Sign-In Suit. It was replaced by Cutie on the English server.
According to the official Facebook account, Sour Lemon and Beach Wristband are delivered along with Little Plate in the mailbox in a welcome package at the beginning of the game.^[2] However, many players did not receive those items. Sour Lemon and Beach Wristband are still available through the Mystery House.
Little Plate is also part of the official suit Fast Food Waitress.
