Group Buy

Group Buy is a feature of Home communities where community members work together to purchase Furniture items at a 32% discount.

Four items are made available to select from. Two are Group-buying limited, meaning they can only be bought through Group Buy, while the other two are available through Users Furniture at full price. Some Furniture items in Group Buy limited can only be purchased with Diamonds.

Two or more members must select the same furniture piece in order to purchase it at the discounted price. A 10% down payment is required when the item is selected and will not be returned. If the player chooses a different item, a separate down payment is required on the new item selected.

Rules

Regular group-buying event opens twice a week at the following times: From Saturday 5:00 to Sunday 5:00, From Sunday 5:00 to Monday 5:00; Buyers can pay the balance within 5 days after the closure of group event to get the group-buying item(s).
Group-buying Phase
1. Each event session provides 4 random items for the clients in the community, 2 of them are Group-buying limited items;
2. Each client can choose 1 out of 4 Group-buying items to participate. To confirm to participate Group-buying the client needs to pay 10% as the down payment;
3. When there are 2 or more community clients choose the same item to participate the Group-buying, then this item will be sold at 32% off; Note: The down payment won't be returned. If the client changes the Group-buying item, re-paying down payment is required
Paying Balance: the buyer can pay the balance in My Orders page. Note: The down payment won't be returned to the buyer who fails to pay the balance before the due date
