Friend of Moon-Dream is a coat item in the Cloud Empire suit Koinobori Kimono. It could be obtained from the Koinobori Festival and can now be obtained through the Customization of Friend of Moon.

A short white cape with a scallop trim bottom. The cape is decorated with blue fish, tiny green leaves and pink line and dot accents. The cape is closed with white string tied in a bow at the front, with a pair of pink and white beads hanging from each end.
