Friend of Moon is a coat item in the Cloud Empire suit Koinobori Kimono. It could be obtained from the Koinobori Festival and can now be obtained from Crafting.

A short yellow cape with a scallop trim bottom. The cape is decorated with red fish, tiny green leaves and light blue line and dot accents. The cape is closed with yellow string tied in a bow at the front, with a pair of purple and white beads hanging from each end.
