Flying Dreams is a hair item in the Apple Federal suit Blue Fantasy. It could be obtained from the Ultimate Race Event and can now be obtained through Recipe Crafting.

Long curled steel blue hair with a gradient to a darker shade, worn in a side-tail that flows behind the shoulders. The spread-out bangs are partially tucked beneath neck-length forelocks.
