Fluffy Heart is about a girl named Sandy who works in a pet shop. She loves animals, and puppies especially, and it's clear she's very passionate about her job. The first day she went to the pet shop, she felt like she was home.
She adopts stray dogs and brings them to the pet shop. She also keeps several different types of food in her backpack to give to any stray animals she might see. One of the dogs in the pet shop is named Boll (likely the leftmost dog in the foreground item, Cute Pet Party), who used to be a stray. When she first found him, he was covered in mud.
Sandy used to have a dog, but it is implied the dog passed away. To remember him, she turned his collar into a decoration for her hat.
