A layered top and jacket set. The top is short and black with a cat face on the front. It is connected to a neck piece by 4 straps, two of which cross over in the center. The raincoat on top is cropped in an unusual shape, forming the silhouette of cat ears. The sleeves are full-length with opaque blue and yellow cuffs. A thin yellow ribbon is tied around the neck.
