The sea has countless secrets. Whenever night falls, the sea tide sings a wordless song for everyone in a dream.

Kotti is a girl living by the sea. Amazed by the legends of the sea, She often sits on the rocks singing.

One day, Kotti's song attracts a whale, which dances against her song, occasionally leaping out of the sea.

On a peaceful night, Kotti looks to the junction of sky and sea. Her whale is coming for her from afar.

However, from that day on, the whale never appears again. The days of moonlight and songs seem like a dream.

Kotti sulks for a long time. She goes to the beach and sings for the whale in hopes of a miracle in the moonlight.

One night, a man comes to her, saying he is attracted by Kotti's voice, which is the most sincere and cleanest.

Worried about the whale, Kotti tells the man that she wants to visit the bottom of the sea for the whale.

Days later, the man comes to Kotti. He leads her to the depths of the sea, with her eyes covered.

They become good friends. Kotti is no longer alone singing on the beach. Aside from the tides, she now has him.

She walks with the man towards the depths of the sea. Marvelously, she is able to breathe as freely as on land.

Kotti opens her eyes and sees the underwater world unfolding in front of her, like incredible magic.

The man hesitates a bit before confessing to Kotti that he is the whale.

The next second, the girl jumps into his arms. Kotti had guessed it, but was not sure until then.

Since then, the girl who sings on the shore goes missing, and another whale appears in the boundless ocean.

The whale frolics with her mate in the shimmering moonlit sea, leaving their traces across the ocean.

Legend has it that two whales transform into a constellation in the shape of a whale and a maiden in the night sky.

Interpretation[]
The suit describes Kotti, a girl who is drawn to the sea and sings by its shore. Her singing eventually attracts a whale, who then disappears - an upset Kotti continues to sing in hopes the whale will return. A man appears one day saying he was attracted by her singing. They develop a friendship, but Kotti still worries for the whale - however, the man then safely leads her into the sea and reveals he himself is the whale. Kotti and the man become mates, both existing as whales and frolicking in the sea together, reflecting a constellation of a whale and a maiden in the night sky.
