Dance of Stars-Second is a bottom item in the Republic of Wasteland suit Star Rite. It could be obtained through the Star Insight event and can now be obtained through crafting.

A beautiful flowing skirt, that is a silvery white at it's core. it's detailed with gold and tassels, and a light purple sheer fabric over the top in ribbons over the main skirt. The skirt is flowing in the breeze to show her legs and has golden ribbons wrapping around as well.
