Courageous Tiger is a Cloud suit that could be obtained through a Log-in Event that ran from July 22nd to August 3rd, 2023. It can now be bought in the Clothes Store.
The event was called "Fierce Blizzard and Brave Spirit", and the event text read: Snowflakes falling like feathers, the white tiger comes to help people anonymously, expecting nothing in return, and Snowflakes drift like feathers as the righteous white tiger girl quietly arrives in the village. She lends a hand to those in need, never giving her name or asking for anything in return.
