Cotton Cloud is a hosiery item in the Flow of Time suit First Wind. It could be obtained through the Flowing Garden event and can now be obtained through the Wish Gate.
Appearance[]
Very light blue, almost white, socks with fancy patterning. The socks are uneven in length; the left sock is above-knee length while the right sock ends just below the knee. The left sock is decorated with white feathers and a pink-and-blue gem chain that's tied around the top of the sock. The right sock is decorated with white flowers going around the middle. Both socks have long pink ribbon hanging from the back tied into a bow.
