Chant of Stars is a dress item in the Blood Moon suit Flickering Pistill. It could be obtained from the Blood Moon event and can now be obtained from the Wish Gate.

A sleeveless white dress with a silvery lace hem, part of which touches the ground. The sides of the dress have a sheer pastel green top layer that trails sideways on the ground. Part of this top layer is pinched up in the wearer's right hand.
