Broken Light Tide is a hair item in the Ruin Island suit Eternal Tides. It could be obtained through the Ruin Tide event and can now be obtained through Crafting.

Blue hair with bangs, fading to shimmering cyan at the ends. There are two loops of hair at the sides of the heads, and the rest of the hair flows to the floor, split into two parts.
