Interpretation[]
Luna, a marionette belonging to the marionette mage Nolwenn, gains consciousness upon being awakened by Nolwenn's magic. Born from an abyss of endless desire, Luna experiences Nolwenn's gentle songs, touch, and care, forming a bond with her unlike anything she had experienced before. Luna wants to take care of Nolwenn above all else and to return her affection, and so begins to lament the cold, lifeless doll body she is trapped in.
In a battle to protect Cicia, Nolwenn's home, Luna lends her power for Nolwenn to fight. However, in the battle, Nolwenn sacrifices herself with a forbidden magic spell in her book to imbue Luna with incredible power. She is succeeded only by memories and the book in her belongings, collected by Luna who aches in her absence. Luna cares little for anyone besides Nolwenn and only seeks to return to her warm embrace. Falling back into a deep sleep, she is dormant until awakened by something familiar that reminds her of Nolwenn.
